Most of them have a very tight tolerance, about +/-0.01mm. Due to the large quantities each order, it is very difficult to control them within a proper CPK at first and JST has spent a lot of time to optimize the processing procedure, and our CPK>2.0 finally. Most of these cnc micro machining turning milling parts were made by the centering type cnc lathes, the Max. diameter is 20mm and the accuracy is +/-0.01mm.
