Turning milling compound machining is to process the parts by the combination of milling cutter rotation and workpiece rotation, and the shape accuracy, position accuracy and machining surface of the workpiece can meet the requirements of use. This machining method is called compound machining. Precision CNC turning, generally refers to the core walking CNC lathe (longitudinal lathe). It belongs to precision processing equipment, and also has the advantages of compound processing such as turning, milling, drilling, tapping, boring and carving. The biggest advantage is that it can process relatively precise small parts. The mass processing for shafts can be completed at one time. Regardless of efficiency or accuracy, it is higher than ordinary CNC lathe or automatic lathe. The processing materials include stainless steel, free-cutting steel, brass, aluminum and plastic, and the accuracy can be controlled within +/- 0.01mm. The only disadvantage is that there is a limit on the outer diameter of the material, which is no more than 38mm.
