How does your Precision Brass CNC Machining Parts XL ensure accuracy?

Our Precision Brass CNC Machining Parts XL is manufactured using a state-of-the-art 5-axis machining center, and at the same time, we control the tolerance of each part within ±0.001mm. The advantage of the 5-axis machining center is that it is capable of machining in multiple directions at the same time.

 In other words, unlike traditional 3-axis machining, we can complete complex geometries in a single setup, reducing the accumulation of errors associated with multiple setups.In addition, we use advanced CAD/CAM software in the machining process and have installed a constant temperature and humidity system in the machining shop to ensure the stability of the machining environment. Chips and dust generated during machining also affect the quality and accuracy of the part surface, and we use highly efficient chip treatment and air purification systems to keep the machining environment clean.

In order to further ensure the machining accuracy, we strictly manage the machining tools. The wear and deformation of the tool will directly affect the machining accuracy, we regularly inspect and replace the tool, and we also adopt tool compensation technology, which automatically adjusts the machining parameters and maintains the machining accuracy by real-time monitoring of the tool wear.

After machining, we use a high-precision coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to inspect the dimensions of the part, which can accurately measure the part in three-dimensional space with micron-level accuracy. The CMM performs 100% inspection of each part to ensure that the size and shape of each part meets the design requirements.

In addition to CMM inspection, we also perform other auxiliary inspections, such as using a surface roughness meter to inspect the surface finish of the part to ensure that there are no scratches or defects on the surface of the part. There is also hardness testing and material composition analysis to ensure that the mechanical properties and material quality of the parts meet the requirements.
