Qu'est-ce que le moulage par injection de mati\u00e8res plastiques ?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Le moulage par injection de plastique est un processus par lequel du plastique granulaire est introduit d'une tr\u00e9mie dans une chambre chauff\u00e9e o\u00f9 il fond et durcit pour cr\u00e9er des pi\u00e8ces.<\/p>

Les granul\u00e9s sont introduits dans la chambre de chauffe par un piston \u00e0 vis o\u00f9 ils fondent. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que le piston avance, le plastique fondu est pouss\u00e9 par une buse dans la cavit\u00e9 du moule. Le moule restant relativement froid, le plastique se solidifie presque imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s le remplissage de la cavit\u00e9. Une fois le plastique inject\u00e9, il doit refroidir avant que la pi\u00e8ce finale puisse \u00eatre \u00e9ject\u00e9e du moule.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

ABS : Thermoplastique courant pr\u00e9sentant une r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lev\u00e9e aux chocs, un faible co\u00fbt et une faible densit\u00e9.<\/p>

PC\/ABS : m\u00e9lange de deux thermoplastiques offrant une grande r\u00e9sistance aux chocs, une excellente stabilit\u00e9 thermique et une grande rigidit\u00e9.<\/p>

Polyur\u00e9thane (PU) : Thermoplastique pr\u00e9sentant une grande r\u00e9sistance aux chocs, de bonnes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques et une bonne duret\u00e9. Convient au moulage de pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 parois \u00e9paisses.<\/p>

Acrylique (PMMA) : Plastique r\u00e9sistant aux UV avec une bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'abrasion, une bonne rigidit\u00e9 et une bonne duret\u00e9.<\/p>

Polypropyl\u00e8ne (PP) : Le plastique le plus courant pour le moulage par injection. Excellente r\u00e9sistance chimique. Des qualit\u00e9s alimentaires sont disponibles.<\/p>

Poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne (PE) : Thermoplastique l\u00e9ger pr\u00e9sentant une bonne r\u00e9sistance aux chocs et aux intemp\u00e9ries. Convient aux applications ext\u00e9rieures.<\/p>

Poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne haute densit\u00e9 (PEHD) : Excellent rapport poids\/r\u00e9sistance, r\u00e9sistant aux chocs et aux intemp\u00e9ries.<\/p>

Polystyr\u00e8ne (PS) : Le plastique de moulage par injection le moins cher. Des qualit\u00e9s alimentaires sont disponibles.<\/p>

Polycarbonate (PC) : Le plastique ayant la plus grande r\u00e9sistance aux chocs. R\u00e9sistance thermique, r\u00e9sistance aux intemp\u00e9ries et t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Peut \u00eatre color\u00e9 ou transparent.<\/p>

Chlorure de polyvinyle (PVC) : Plastique l\u00e9ger pr\u00e9sentant une bonne r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique et une bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'abrasion. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9 dans le b\u00e2timent et la construction.<\/p>

PEEK : thermoplastique technique de haute performance pr\u00e9sentant une excellente solidit\u00e9 et une r\u00e9sistance thermique et chimique. Utilis\u00e9 pour remplacer les pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques.<\/p>

POM (ac\u00e9tal\/d\u00e9trin) : Thermoplastique technique pr\u00e9sentant une grande solidit\u00e9, rigidit\u00e9 et r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'humidit\u00e9, ainsi que des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s autolubrifiantes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
